Experience a strength-focused workout at Downtown Fit with our Fit Strength class. With a variety of techniques and equipment like machines, dumbbells, and bands, our expert trainers will guide you through a challenging and invigorating workout, helping you build lean muscle mass and a strong core. Whether you’re a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, our class is designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Join us every Wednesday at 5:30 pm! Fit Strength is also offered on Thursdays at 8:15 am and 5:30 pm.
